Ford Ka, officially pronounced as /kɑː/ (like "car" in non-rhotic dialects of English) not kay ay, (with the letter names said individually) but usually pronounced in the latter way to avoid confusion[citation needed], is a city car from the Ford Motor Company marketed in Europe and elsewhere.
The European version is produced in Valencia, Spain, while the one sold in Latin America is built in Brazil.
It has been produced since 1996 and is due to enter its second generation in 2008.

Internet bandwidth will run out
A report claims that most of the bandwidth is occupied by the video stream instead of the P2P. In the recent years, some vicious ISP try to throttle the usage of P2P. In fact, 80% of the traffic is caused by video. Without the new construction on Internet structure, we will meet a big bottleneck in the network bandwidth within two years. In addition to application, the dramatical increase of network users in China has impact, too.

TIOBE Programming Community Index
The TIOBE Programming Community index gives an indication of the popularity of programming languages. The index is updated once a month. The ratings are based on the number of skilled engineers world-wide, courses and third party vendors. The popular search engines Google, MSN, Yahoo!, and YouTube are used to calculate the ratings. Observe that the TIOBE index is not about the best programming language or the language in which most lines of code have been written.
