Backpack house seems to be practical but cannot be used in Taiwan absolutely I think even the population density is very high. The cube will be regarded as violation in law I guess.

I wonder that this kind of huge monster will not destroy the structure of the building? It's approximately 2.0 ton. Someone walks below it will also feel scared. The residents live in the room under it will also complain about the shadow of the sunlight.
