| The largest swimming pool in the world is the San Alfonso del Mar seawater pool in Algarrobo, Chile. It is 1,013 m (3,324 ft) long and has an area of 8 ha (19.77 acre), it was completed in December 2006. | |||||||||||

昨天金氏世界紀錄將它登記為世界上最大的泳池，它位於智利。總共花費五年
的時間打造，建造經費為十億英鎊，年度維修費用二百萬英鎊。
水池的水清徹見底，這座泳池使用一部電腦來控制池水的循環，將附近的海水
抽入、排出。水溫約26度，因為太陽照射的關係，比旁邊的海水高9度。
官方表示，因為他們有海水可以抽抽抽，不怕沒水可游，而且也不會傷害到海
洋。
